Untuk memainkan gamenya silahkan masuk di Local Disk C ➜ Program Files ➜ Resident Evil 4 lalu klik dua kali pada file Loader. Sebenarnya ini adalah tempat untuk mengatur konfligurasi mouse sekaligus juga untuk masuk kedalam gamenya.
